I went not long after they opened and now have been five times. The best. If flavor and ingredients matter to you at all, you will be coming back to this place over and over again.

The flavors in this gelato will speak to your soul and remind you how good it is to be living.

The crepes are delicious, the coffee is also good. Very friendly staff. Nice and clean inside with a couple of outside tables. I don’t know the owners and I am not getting paid to write this review!

I can’t get enough! Amazing selection of flavors of gelato. My favorite is the mango pie and cookies and cream. Also accommodating dairy free options which is great since my youngest is lactose intolerant. The whole family has options that they love! Very Clean environment and friendly staff.I definitely recommend you to try!

About Us

Nabilt Alvarez and Eloise Cobos

Co-Founders

Nabilt Alvarez first had the idea of making gelato after a visit to Italy. She fell in love with the incredible rich and dense flavor of the italian ice cream! She immediately began her research, and decided to go back to Italy and attend the month long Carpigiani Gelato University where she learned all the artisan techniques of gelato making. From there, she returned to Texas with the dream of opening her shop with her very own gelato recipes! 

Eloise Cobos developed her love for gelato very early on. She got her first job at 16 years old as a server in a gelato shop in New Caledonia, a French Island she grew up on. She later found her way to Texas, just like Nabilt, and by luck, the two ladies met and decided to move forward with this exciting business idea.

We hope you enjoy our italian gelato, coffee and crêpes just as much as we enjoy making it.
